I have lived in an apartment through help housing for over a year now and will be continuing to live with them. All of the help housing staff are great, responsive and very helpful. My apartment manager Jenifer has helped me with so much regarding paperwork and living situations. She has made my living experience in Madrid easy and secure. Jenifer responds promptly and always makes sure tenants are taken care of. I highly recommend help housing and the amazing staff. Thank you for everything Jenifer!

She always had an answer for any doubts and always made sure I was okay within the apartment. She was also very understanding throughout the process. She made everything run smoothly and easy!

As an Erasmus student, it was very easy to find a room with HelpHousing. The process can be pretty stressful if you're tryjng to get a flat while not being in the country. There are a lot of rooms to choose from on the website, and even though they are a bit on the pricier end, the locations they offer are amazing. It was very easy to get more information and pictures of the rooms and the flats. I just messaged the flat manager, Enrique, and he sent me various pictures and flats that were similar to the one I was looking at. The booking process went smoothly and everything was very easy to do. The room was exactly like the pictures and I liked it a lot. The only negative things about the flat would be the heating (during the winter it was very cold in the common areas) and some of the pots and pans could definitely be replaced. Other than that everything worked out pretty well and if there was any problem Enrique would always be ready to reply and try to solve it as soon as possible.
